Air Plus Travel

 
All tour packages have been obtained from different travel suppliers and other sources. We cannot verify the accuracy of our travel supplier’s information and we cannot warrant their accuracy or completeness. All prices and availability are subject to change without any notice. For the purpose of planning your vacation, we recommend that you use this site as a reference and that all material facts published be confirmed with us prior to making any definite travel plans or placing a deposit, which may be non-refundable in some cases. Some travel suppliers also impose a monetary penalty for canceling or changing certain reservations. The travelers are subject to the terms, conditions and availability of each independent travel supplier within this Web site.

All Cruises, Hotels, Tours and other accommodations, not including airline fares, are based on double occupancy & availability. Cruise prices do not include port charges or any airfares.

Consumer Disclosure Notice

Air Plus Travel is a mere agent for the different travel suppliers in selling travel related services , or in accepting reservation bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.)

Air Plus Travel shall not be held responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which results in any loss, damage delay, or injury to you or your traveling companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects and baggage.

 
Air Plus Travel shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control.

The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Air Plus Travel, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department, (202) 647-5225.or visit their website.

For medical information, call the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), 404-332-4559 or visit www.cdc.gov/travel/. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them, which is available at an extra cost through this travel agency.

Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, tour documents, cruise documents, travel agency invoice or booking after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group travel members.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Deposit and Final Payment:
We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by Air Plus Travel. A Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and submitted to Air Plus Travel together with a clear photocopy of the ID/Driver’s License and Credit Card. Please note that there is a 4% merchant fee. Check payment will be subject to clearing.

Airline Ticket
Many of the tour packages are not guaranteed. Tickets issued separately from the tour packages may have a non-refundable restrictions and penalties associated with it. It is recommended that you purchase a travel insurance so as to protect you from any eventuality.

For airline ticket purchases only. Rates will be quoted during booking. Please note that prices are not guaranteed unless payment is received. We reserve the right to recover from you increases in airline-imposed fuel surcharges and in taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or its agencies.
 

In some cases, seat reservations are held by the airlines for only one week unless the departure is less than one week.

In the event of cancellation, the original copy of the ticket must be submitted to Air Plus Travel for processing. This may take longer than expected depending on the airline.

Restricted tickets that are reissued, rebooked, and cancelled are subject to penalties which will be assessed by the airlines based on the type of tickets issued.

Hotel / Resort / Condo
Rates posted in this website are contracted rates and are only applicable to bookings made online. Otherwise published rates of the Hotel / Resort / Condo will apply.

All bookings, once confirmed, are subject to cancellation charges unless cancelled at least 72 hours before arrival. Otherwise, cancellation made within 48 hours prior to check-in, a penalty equivalent to one (1) night rate will be charged or based on the no-show policy of the Hotel / Resort / Condo. No Refund is allowed for unused services after check-in date.

Check-in time varies according to hotels or resorts policies. However, standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Early check-in maybe arranged in advance at an additional fee equivalent to half day of the published rate. Late check-out may also be arranged provided an advance notification is made.

Children aged 2-11 years old, sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed are free of charge.

Air Plus Travel requires a minimum of four (4) days advance booking. Air Plus Travel will assist customers requiring rush booking but does not guarantee confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability.
Tour Packages / Pilgrimage / Cruise:

A non-refundable deposit of $200 per vacation per person is required for us to reserve space for you. Final payment is due 45 days prior to commencement of services. If we do not receive final payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made within the final payment date. In order to secure booked space, you should provide Air Plus Travel of your credit card number when making your reservation.

For cruises, final payment is due 90 days prior to the commencement of services. For vacations with an overnight train or cruise, final payment is due 65 days prior to the commencement of services.

Tour Operator and Cruise Lines Cancellation Policies
As a general rule, each and every tour operator and cruise lines have varying cancellation policies which must be complied with. We reserved the right to apply the same policies.

Cancellations & Cancellation Fees
If cancellation is received by Air Plus Travel before the final payment date, your non-refundable deposit and Travel Protection premiums will be retained in addition to any air cancellation fees or penalties. For individual reservations, the following cancellation fees apply per person.

General cancellation fees and schedule
45–22 days prior to commencement of services: 20% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums
21–8 days prior to commencement of services: 30% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums
7–1 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums
On departure day and later: 100% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums

Vacations cruises
90–60 days prior to commencement of services: 35% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums
59–30 days prior to commencement of services: 50% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums
29–1 days prior to commencement of services: 80% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums
On departure day and later: 100% of total price plus Travel Protection premiums

Cancellation fees may also apply to any additional services, including accommodations; independently supplied services; and optional excursions reserved prior to, during, and after the tour.

If flight changes, including flight cancellations, are requested, revision fees or airline cancellation fees will apply. If an air-inclusive vacation is canceled after air tickets have been issued, refunds will be processed after air tickets are returned to Air Plus Travel. Please take note that ticket refunds are processed by the airline and may take longer.

Revision Fees
An administrative fee of $30 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. Airline penalties may also apply. A change of traveler name, vacation date, or itinerary within final payment will be treated as a cancellation and new reservation; standard cancellation fees apply.

Program Prices
Program prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. All prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at the time of publication. Prices, including taxes and fees, are subject to increase without notice, if such rates change prior to departure. We reserve the right to recover from you increases in airline-imposed fuel surcharges and in taxes, charges or levies imposed by any government or its agencies.
